origins clear improvement mask
after a hard days work or going through the pollution outdoors ..this is a great pore cleaner :) if you have sensitive/ dry skin try not to use as its a 'hard' mask (ie: hardens when it dries thus pretty drying..) if you just have to give it a go, apply mask on areas needed and place head over hot water to allow steam to soften mask..

where there is black and white..there is always shades of grey..

was just wondering how this 'serving' works? the character - sara, was served a divorce from her husband, does that mean that she has to accept it? *blur* i thought divorce needed to have two parties accepting it... hmmmmm........

anyways.. as all this-kind-of movies..its a happy ending :)

*day off*

taking the day off.. just need some time out coz weekends are as hectic as the weekdays.. ahaha..

so contrary to popular belief.. most work can wait till tomorrow (not encouraging procrastination though..) .. give yourself a break.. sometimes your body knows best for you.. listen to it before it goes on strike..

*being nice*

was going home and while waiting for the lift at my place, there was this old man (about 50's 60's i think) who was there waiting at the lobby too.. he was smiling and saying hello and being nice (i have never seen him before..not a neighbour on my floor for sure..)
when the lift doors opened, the placed his hand on the lift doors to keep it open and made a gesture for me to enter, still smiling of course..
at that moment..the first thing that came into my mind was 'yeep! is he.. err.. ok to be alone in the lift with?'
and before i knew it, i blurted out 'its ok, i am waiting for someone, thanks.'
he went ahead into the life, still smiling..

there i stood at the lobby.. wondering if i have been brought up to be careful or paranoid..

is there such a fine line between being nice and being fake?

after all we all in some point of another though to ourselves 'he/ she's so nice..wonder if 1) its for real 2) what he/she wants in return 3) when he/ she going to stab me in the back' rite? at least thats what i hear....

being nice has become quite a challenge..

denny just bought a solitaire for valarie! (tavis's sister :D) he calles is a 'deposit' ring..ahaha.. i guess he is allergic to the word 'proposal'

was there when they were choosing the cut, clarity, colour etc (yes..he went into such detail! hehe..) bought the diamond loose and made a special setting for it!

the ring looks a little like that



so we were at lee hwa casually looking at the huge diamonds section when the sale person took out this one carat diamond ring... goodness..its was amazingly big, glittering and ... i must say.. a little scary.. ahahaha... imagine having to keep a look out for it all the time when you wear it, making sure its there.. hee..
